Birchwell

Birchwell is a small hamlet with a population of 100 on the Isle of Falincolm. Despite its name, it is not known for birch trees, but rather for producing sweet syrup and sap from the trees in the region. The locals have mastered the art of tapping the trees in the area to harvest the sap, which is then boiled down into delicious syrup. In addition to syrup production, Birchwell is also known for raising bees for their honey. The local farmers cultivate wildflowers and clover to provide food for the bees, resulting in high-quality honey. The honey and syrup produced in Birchwell are highly sought after by the people on the island.
