Westhelm
Westhelm is a small village of about 650 people on the Isle of Falincolm, located in the western part of the island. It is primarily known for its farming and fishing industries, with the villagers growing grains, vegetables, and herbs, and fishing in the nearby saltwater. The village is also home to Dreamfly Elixirs, a local business that creates and sells herbal remedies.
In addition to its economic activities, Westhelm also has an important role in maintaining the island's security. The village is responsible for maintaining two towers: Tribute Tower, located between it and Greywatch Bluffs, which stands as a tribute to those lost and provides security looking out west to the sea; and Sanguine Mast, located to the south between it and Dragonstone, which serves as a lookout for potential threats from the south.
The villagers of Westhelm are known for their resilience, as they have had to endure many challenges over the years, including harsh weather conditions and occasional tremors from the nearby mountain range. Despite these challenges, the villagers are proud of their community and the contributions they make to the island's economy and security.
