Established strategically along the lucrative trade routes bordering the White sea , the Crystallo Federation boasts settlements spanning the coastlines of the Ebon Marshes , Stokemis Expanse , Mirrorback Mountains , and significant portions of the Jubal Plains.

Ruled by the Crystallo Trade Council, composed of influential and affluent families, the federation operates as a plutocracy, where decisions regarding both military and state affairs are made by this council. With its expansion into the Jubal Plains, the council has centralized its governance in the new capital of Vinal De Sapphrilia .

A trading post at what is now Vinal De Sapphrilia took advantage of the weakened state of the Plains tribes. following the 4th Plane war that had just ended.
