The Chained Master

A story whispered through The Warrens of Vaross. The tale tells of an old Grand Master that became mad with power and sparked the ire of members of the Council. The then Master of Spies kidnapped the Grandmaster and sealed them away underneath the city. 
Some in the Warrens still claim to hear the mad laughter of the old master echoing through the streets at night.
