Grand Master

The title of Grand Master is Given to the individual who leads The Varosian Council. They employ and supervise the other Masters of Vaross and has the final say on almost all issues.

Appointment

The eight Masters of Vaross hold a meeting every five years to discuss whether to keep the current Grandmaster or to elect a new one. The new grandmaster is typically chosen from the eight masters but in exceptional circumstances, an outsider can be chosen.

Duties

Leads the The Varosian Council and deals with the overall issues of the capital as well as inter-city relationships throughout The Capital Isle.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

In the case of a Grandmaster being shown to be incapable of carrying out their duties efficiently, one of the Masters of Vaross can call a vote to depose the grandmaster. When called a Grandmaster can only be deposed if a majority agree on the decision.
