The Varosian Council

The Varosion council is a group that controls the capital city, Vaross. The council is made up of eight Masters and one Grand Master. The eight masters are, Master of Harvest, Master of Coin, Master of Spies, Master of People, Master of Trade, Master of Laws, Master of The Watch and Master of Planning. All serve the Grand Master and work to make the capital city thrive.
