Ethics

Hierarchy of Virtues: The order’s hierarchy is not just based on physical strength but also on the virtues of courage, honor, and protection. Members advance in rank by demonstrating these qualities, rather than purely through physical might.   The Virtuous Order of Kona believes that true strength lies not only in physical prowess but also in the integrity of one's spirit. Their ethics are grounded in the pursuit of honor, courage, and protection, values they hold as divine gifts from Konasima. They teach that every action must serve a higher purpose—defending the weak, upholding justice, and bringing light to the darkest corners of the world. Strength without honor is seen as hollow, and courage without purpose is misguided.   The Order embraces a strict code of conduct, where lying, deceit, and cruelty are abhorrent, as they corrupt the soul and weaken the bond with Konasima. They believe that the path to spiritual enlightenment is through disciplined living, where every challenge is an opportunity to demonstrate both physical and moral fortitude. The Order’s members are taught to act selflessly, putting the needs of others above their own desires, and to face danger without fear, trusting in Konasima’s protection.   To them, every life is sacred, and violence is a last resort, used only when all other avenues have been exhausted. They believe that true warriors are not just those who excel in battle but those who know when to sheath their swords and seek peace. Compassion, tempered by justice, is the guiding principle of their actions, and they strive to be paragons of virtue in a world often marred by darkness.
