An index page for my efforts towards meeting the 2023 February World Anvil Challenge,
. The goal is to use the daily prompts throughout February as inspiration for new articles about creatures found in any of the realms within the Discontinuum and pull the links together here. Everything linked on this page will also exist in its proper place inside the Discontinuum and is simply listed together here for the purposes of the challenge. I will certainly not complete all of these prompts but let's see if I can do a few interesting ones!

The alegoyle are aerial predators from the Gene Sea on The World Of The Long Sleep. I have already told stories featuring the alegoyle in the Legends Of Klane Kalonia, and a dedicated article about them fits conveniently into the glossary for that realm.

Neowasps are members of the Gene Sea on The World Of The Long Sleep. They feature briefly in the Legends Of Klane Kalonia as part of the third story, Klane Kalonia and The Great Burning.

The map of Trass on The World Of The Long Sleep already showed a place called Welk Island. Now the reason for the name is explained by this new species from the Gene Sea created for this challenge.

On the World of the Long Sleep, moon tigers hunt in the mountains on the far side of Luna, and some have been re-engineered and re-introduced to Earth.

Spider wolves are creatures I have previously mentioned only very briefly in passing as part of the Gene Sea on The World Of The Long Sleep. This new article is a chance to flesh them out.

On Earth Primal, the giant diplopacks have been domesticated and are used as beasts of burden in the Kingdom of Han.

The Dry Hopper is another member of the Gene Sea on the World of the Long Sleep. Found in arid, desert and semi-desert regions it is a small burrowing rodent, well adapted to dry conditions.

The Pearl Hart is a species of deer belonging to the Gene Sea on the World of the Long Sleep. This one had absolutely no previous references in existing writing and is a brand new invention for the Bestiary Challenge.

Ptral are a species of vicious ocean predator, introduced to Earth as part of the Gene Sea on the World of the Long Sleep. Prior to the creation of this article, they only had a passing brief reference in existing writing.
