Booker is the husband of Lara Raze, one of the current Oligarchs. He shares in his wife's somewhat druidic beliefs, though he is a follower of Cirasi, Goddess of Comfort (and more relevantly to him, the suns), rather than Zitalaz.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Raze is a handsome man, with the kind of beauty that does not fade with age. Though his hands are marred with the callouses and scars of hard work, his physique has benefited, and the rest of his skin remains immaculate. His beauty, strange eyes, and somewhat religious apparel may lead one to believe that he is some kind of demigod.
Facial Features
Just below each of Booker's black-sclera eyes are little flecks of gold, like freckles of radiance. Beyond this, his face has softer, more delicate features than paragons of masculinity, including a small nose, smooth jaw, and thin brows. He almost looks elven, though Booker is fully human.
Special abilities
Booker also has some supernatural capabilities as a result of his devotion, though his are not as overt as Lara's. Instead, Booker's presence is oddly comforting, and he brings pleasant dreams with his passing.
Apparel & Accessories
Booker is as devout as his wife, though he worships Zitalaz's creator, Cirasi, the Goddess of Comfort. This devotion comes through in what he wears - loose robes, shoulders draped in strands of gold, jewelry depicting Cirasi's sun, and most obviously, a headpiece set with a plate of gold etched with a sunrise nearly as large as his head. The headpiece stretches out to either side like horns, and drapes a veil over the back of his neck.

Education
Booker received better education that his wife, as the Price family has been considered noble for a few generations now, and it was his instruction that allowed Lara to gain the competency than she now has today. Because he had to teach another, his own understanding of many relevant topics was refreshed and enhanced more recently than some other noblemen.

Booker has a softer personality than Lara, and often espouses the need for her to rest or pull back on her iron-stubborn tactics when dealing with other nobility. He is the carrot to Lara's stick, so to speak.
