Eloise Meretincelle is technically quarter-elven, though you wouldn't be able to tell by looking at her. Her ears are prominently pointed, her eyes fully gold, and her hair a delicate platinum blonde. Eloise manages the Cabane Hospital in Korosa.

General Physical Condition
Eloise is in excellent condition. She bustles about the Cabane Hospital daily, personally overseeing much of what goes on there. Fortunately, all of her time spent around the sick has done nothing to hinder her health.
Body Features
Eloise is marked by a peculiar birthmark. Swirling gold lines, forming into vines and flowers cover her shoulders, chest, and back. The reason for their existence isn't clear.
Special abilities
Everything Eloise does seems to "hit harder," so to speak. The sound of her footsteps carries, her managerial decisions are either miraculous or disastrous, with little in-between, and her movements seem to cause the world to react more readily; with greater zeal. This may have something to do with her having been born during Caretake.
Apparel & Accessories
Eloise doesn't generally over-dress, but she does have a fondness for blues and golds, and her outfits tend to leave the markings on her shoulders exposed - though that is not uncommon among Korosa nobility.

She is still somewhat ruthless and is certainly greedy, but Eloise spends much of her time in the assistance of others, and invests a lot of the money she makes into the Cabane Hospital - where it can both do good and turn her a profit later down the line.
