Karam is in good health. He spends most of his day on his feet, entertaining some merchant or another and haggling. While he may not be an athletic scion, he has a kind of dependable sturdiness about him.

Karam has some simple abilities as a mage, specializing in the field of Motion manipulation. This ability most often comes up when he is on board a ship, where he can turn the winds and currents to his favor.

Personal history
Twenty years ago, back when he was still Karam Reynolds, Karam took part in one of the Reishi war games that determine who will be Oligarch, captaining a vessel of his own... though not for his own family. Instead, smitten with Ezola Meretincelle, he promised to win the game for her in exchange for her hand. Ezola agreed, and Karam made good on his promise, sweeping through the competition in one of the fastest wins seen in Reishi history. True to her word as well, Ezola married Karam, taking him from "young master Reynolds" to "Highlord Karam."
