Thorn, the Twisting Shadow
A rapier made of pure Shadow, created by Dalitar Amakiir as part of his Thesis research at The Conservatory into the link between a Shadow and a person.
As it cuts through the air, Thorn 'sings a mournful song of loss and grief', heard by anyone close to it. Elves in particular feel an echo of The Loss in this sound.
Thorn is one of the few known examples of a Shadow with physical form and has been confirmed by Goldriver to be Dalitar's entire Shadow, which is Probably Fine.
