Eaglecliff University College of Necromancy
The college of necromancy is the one with the most oversight, most of the subjects are to be taught at a theory level only for knowlege's sake. Actively using Necromancy spells is greatly discouraged. Graduates of the school of necromancy are called Necromancers, this college is the only one who's test for mastership is to transform onesself into an Archlitch.
