The Huntsman (a.k.a. Raven Feeder)
The Huntsman is a member of the Blood Stained Letter faction of the Cult of Howling Hatred. He has been tasked by Malik to recurit powerful people in Jordsvik to the Cult of Howling Hatred.
The Huntsman is a tracker and is not subtle. He will find his foe and bring him to the cult either willingly or unwillingly.

The Huntman makes weapons from creatures he has hunted. This means he uses a powerful bow and arrows made of bone. On his back is the corpse of a Draugr he uses to mutter curses and cast spells.

He's extremely difficult to track and if he realizes his being hunted he will quickly respond and take steps to eliminate his foe.
Personality Quirks
The Huntsman is a carver. He forces animals to his will in the same way he does humans by twisting them to his purpose. His is especially fond of doing this to Ravens and Birds of Prey.
