The Tipsy Old Goat
The 'Tipsy Old Goat' also know as the 'Tall Tales Tavern' is a Tavern and Inn located in the town of Raven's Ford. Guests are welcome by the sound of clinking cups, scouting, and the strong smell of stout alcohol. The place has a wild reputation for rivilary and song.
The sign of the tavern sign shows a picture of a man with a long thin beard and his faithful goat. The goat stands firm and solid while the man is leaning on the goat trying not to fall over.
The tavern itself is wooden and rustic and decorated with a variety of animal trophies. It has multiple tables and chairs with a full bar and a fireplace. The upper floors include the rooms. During the Festival of Lights the tavern and inn are extremely over crowd.
In the bar area people sing songs and tell stories of the great epic heroes. They tell tall tails and the local gossip. Musicians regularly gather to perform for the crowd. People say that if you want to know the "real news" go to the The Tipsy Old Goat not the The Law Rock.
In the bar there are several games the people can participate in if they wish.
- Ivar's Spit - Which is a game where players eat a type of sand pea that dries out their mouth and they compete by spitting out the husk to see who can get the greatest distance. Players must first pass a constitution saving throw. If they fail the next roll is at disadvantage. The players can choose to roll either Strength of Dextery
- The Fool's Temptation - In this game players will choose to gamble 250 gp for a chance to win a magical item. If the player rolls 75 or better on the percentage die they will they will be awarded a random uncommon item. If they roll 95 or better they will recieve a random rare item.
- The Traveler's Talent - In this game the player must recite an improvised song or epic poem regarding a hero or a tall tail they may have heard in the past. This demonstrates the heroes wit and intellect.
Purpose / Function
A gathering spot for both locals and travelers alike.

The tavern is an old rustic home with a thatch roof of dark brown wood archiecture.
