Joqaia Eiguw is the matriarch of the Salba Stead, which was formerly affiliated with the Etir and roamed with them for many years. When the Etir sided with the Pact of the Blessèd at the onset of the War of the Six, despite her only daughter Joqo's allegiances she chose to separate the stead from the tribe.
