Onshecaat (ON-sheh-KAHT)
The Onshecaat are an ethnic group that contains the modern Kivan tribes of the Etir and Bephtalpet. Historically their lands were considered the north of the country, though like all tribes prior to the end of the Bloodwater Period they often raided elsewhere, including outside of Kiva.
