Seimbru Telbannor (SAME-BROO Tell-BANN-er)
Seimbru is, alongside Mhadan Ghuzneind, a Jal of the Nalir of the Ustrarian Itoqir and a veteran of the War of the Six. Together they are the de-facto leaders of the Itoqir.
Unlike his counterpart, Seimbru has a reputation for questionable judgment, bias, and openness to corruption, which has proven fruitful with those attracted to such qualities or who stand to benefit from them -- be they peer, superior, or subordinate -- and allowed him to gain even more of a foothold in a time of attrition.
