Uvandu is the current ranking Razakir officer alongside Dalias Azeri, though they currently report to Jal-Nalir Madan Ghuzneind due to not having a Jal of their own. Along with Dalias, she is Kotia's superior.
Although feeling like a fish out of water with their newfound superiority, she and Dalias have come to a general understanding to avoid the pressures to rebuild their ranks too quickly and haphazardly in the wake of the War of the Six and the Plague of the Bitter Hand.
She is known for her aloofness and stoicism but also her keen mind for cavalry tactics.
