Byrd Fitrei
Byrd was a murder victim and one of the first calls Boots was on. Byrd's body was found ripped apart with several teeth marks on the flesh. In fact, the body was so disfigured and so much was missing, that Byrd was only identified by his cybernetics. The OPD closed the case without any further investigation and without any labs done. The official reports state Byrd was the victim of local drug addicts. He was 15 and for Boots and Titus Orman, the site of the murder could never be unseen.
