Evidence suggests they are eco terrorists attempted to thwart food supply chains in The Orion. Investigators indicate that this is likely an isolated event by a small cell of undesirable citizens. Individuals associated with the attack will be blacklisted from Tagera Group work and will be added to the almost never ending "OPD wanted list".
The CEO of Scorpio Electrics committed suicide on camera of everyone on The Orion to see. During the suicide he read a letter condemning corporate greed and the Orion Corporate Council. A mysterious figure then stood behind him and shut off the camera.
