Cloud Tower
As the city's largest and most varied district, Cloud Tower is where the majority of Siderians spend their days and nights. It's primarily a residential district, but also houses various businesses and shops.
Cloud Tower sits on a hill; the "Tower" part of its name refers to this natural feature and not an actual building. Its wealthier and more impressive enclaves tend to be near the top of the hill, while prices fall as you descend.
