Koi to most is a suspicious man, his heavy use of sarcasm and mocking politeness, make it very difficult to discern his thoughts. The matter which bothers most is before joining The Wanderer Guild, he was a Sapphire Servicer of The Soundless Service Guild. His shady demeanour along with his deep connections into the lawless guild leaves many to tread lightly around him, although he is never directly hostile, his careful choices of words leave many feeling uneasy in his presence.
