Red Caster is a figure head of the Tussarian Institute of Magic and teacher of Circle Sorcery at Ultima Magica. She is famous within the Tussarian magical culture and her opinions hold great weight in magic related situations.
She is a former Student at Ultima Magica but deferred from the Tussarian Empire Military in order to fill a teaching spot, this decision was dictated by the Emperor of the Tussarian Empire as he has great faith in the Red Caster. In an attempt to become more enlightened to the realms various art forms, she has been approved of travel to other continents multiple times.
