Tussarian Institute of Magic
The Tussarian Institute of Magic is the overarching management organisation of all magical schools within the Tussarian Empire including Ultima Magica. It is responsible for the standards of magic schools across the entire country. The institute controls what students will study along with the defining factors that lead to graduation.
The Emperor of the Tussarian Empire is beyond supportive of the institute and allows them to act mostly freely with little restrictions. The key idea of the schools is to produce magic users that will eventually join the Tussarian Empire Military and have large influence over the war against the Levial Theocracy, thus it is heavily engrained into students that this is the best course to take after graduation, leading to many students ultimately becoming soldiers. It is rare for stand out students to defer from their military future.
