Born in 1389. Son of Mireille Luneste and her now-deceased husband.
Cruel, Loyal, Influential. Rhian is a prominent proselytizer of the Golden Prophet, and sees the situation in Banteave as a ripe field of minds, ready for sowing. He has already swayed Ansel Oake over to the ways of Resshe, and seeks to spread the Dream to other influential members of the Great Houses of Banteave.
Rhian is coldly charismatic but prefers to work from the sidelines, acting as an advisor, confidant and overseer instead of a major public figure. He maintains a network of associates, bodyguards and informants, all devoted to Resshe and easily moved by Rhian's counsel. Among the family of House Luneste, he is now the prominent voice of the Prophet now that Arnaud has passed into the Great Dream.
