It can be used to transmute things and people when used on a target directly. Changelings have chaos as part of the makeup of their existence, and can also be used by casting it outward as random elemental effects

When combined with Stasis it creates the element of Time, usable to control, view, and alter the linear flow of events

Femirex Alder is the Aetherial God of Chaos in The Aether realm of The Maze, and the Oblivion is his Holy Mythril Blade 
Dispater is the Archfiend of Chaos in The Abyss realm of the Endless Tangle, and the Eye of Finality of his Dark Artifact.
The Terrasque is the Spirit of Chaos.
