Void Bearer Valora
A descendant of human criminals that chose Jalasar as their punishment, Valora was born and raised on Legacy and has never known life outside of the miasma's embrace (save for her excursions aboard the Iron Queen). When she was orphaned, Valora was taken in by the Church. When she met the Void Maiden and the extent of her physical sacrifices, Valora – with no concept of the Dremoran pantheon and afterlife – devoted herself to becoming a Void Bearer.
Valora's time as a Void Bearer has worn on her physically. She no longer has either of her legs and her left arm is missing. The skin on the left side of her face is ripped, warped, and scarred. The place where her left eye once was has been replaced by swirling motes of The Void – a remnant of her last use of her Void Shard. As a result, Valora uses a wheelchair to move about, often with the aid of her Void Heir Qik'Luk. Despite the changes to her physical form, Valora is particularly positive and bubbly as she purveys a picturesque, almost romantic, view of The Void, the Church, and her inevitable and looming death from the shard that hangs around her neck.
To Valora, there is nothing more noble and blissful than being completely annihilated – reduced to the cosmic dust that life is forged from – to protect those around her.
