Mëplar Mirkawë

Entering the local branch of The College of Mages in Losgate, you are immediately met by a Frost Dwarf. He is dressed in simple robes, made from uncoloured wool and tied with a simple cloth belt. His people's purple marks are very prominent on his skin, giving the impression that he is covered in strange marks and runes. He has a very uneasy expression as he walks up to, although you assume that to be related to your group's height.
"Welcome to the College, erm." He stumbles for a bit, but then continues, "Can I help you with something? Such as get the Director or...?"

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

Mëplar is not very physically fit, as a lifetime of learning and study has not given him a lot of time to exercise. He ends up having to move with a little more effort to get around, but he isn't overweight by any means.

Apparel & Accessories

He tends to stick to very simple clothes. He has very little interest in fancy or bright clothing, preferring apparel that is comfortable over clothing that looks pleasing. His most common outfit is a simple white robe, plain brown trousers with a simple cloth belt keeping it together.

Personal history

Mëplar comes from the far north, not far from the Coldwater Territory. He lived there with his small family, until a mine collapse killed his father and they moved to Losgate. It was there that he began to go through the Change and ended up taking up studies at the local College of Mages branch. He did remarkably well, and the rudimentary knowledge that he had of his people's natural magic was of great interest to the College. After completing his studies, he stayed on as an advisor and receptionist.

Intellectual Characteristics

Mëplar is a naturally cautious person. He has a great many things to worry about as the main receptionist of the most important area of magical expertise on Endaman. As such, he likes to weigh his actions and thoughts carefully before answering questions or making decisions.

Mëplar wants to help perfect his knowledge of magic and help make it safer for everyone. Magic is a very dangerous thing, evidently, and he knows a great many people who have been hurt by it and wants to help make sure it doesn't happen again.
