Queen Ygraine
Queen Ygraine was the wife of Duke Gorlois. She is what he values most in the world and was inadvertently responsible for the Curse that fell on Cornwall.
In 490, she fell for King Uther and conspired to have an affair with him. This ended up bringing about the death of her husband. In 491, she was wed to King Uther and became Queen of Logres.
In 492 she gave birth to a son who was shortly afterwards kidnapped by Merlin.
After the death of King Uther, she went to live at Glastonbury Abbey.
