Plume Etretel was a Thri-Kreen from the planet Sabaoth. Her father was a Queens Guard, a royal bodyguard to the Hive Queen Tak-al. But when the queen was killed and her father was disgraced and later killed, Plume’s mother was exiled and Plume was left alone.
Luckily, Plume’s mother managed to stow her away on a cargo ship destined for the planet Faerun. On board, she met two brothers named Jam and Gleeb, who took her under their wing and cared for her.
On Faerun, the brother got work on a trade ship called the Baliwynd.
Plume grew up in Vellen, surrounded by the sights and sounds of the bustling city. She learned to speak Common and even picked up a few spells from the local wizards. As she got older, she found work as a bodyguard and a courier, delivering packages for the powerful wizard Moira who ran the famous Moria's Imerium.
