Zinc

Zinc is a type of Mineral found in both The Old World and The New World. In its pure form, it is a brittle silvery metal, but it occurs much more commonly as a black crystalline ore known as "Sphalerite." Zinc is most commonly used to produce Brass and other metallic alloys, but is also an essential component of some paints and medicines.

Its presence in the New World was confirmed on 10/9/213 by Anja, Eagrym, Gamgam, Lyudmila, Ranaghar, and Wolfram. It is a useful Resource for Crafting and has an alchemical affinity for Air.
