Southern People's Republic of Fromata

Constitution The Southern PRF was established following the division of the Northern PRF, necessitated by the logistical challenges of governing expansive territories after reclaiming Fromata from the Frozen Empire. Founders Voa and Tilborn Falk, recognizing the unique needs and potential of the southern lands, initiated this new governance structure to better focus on the region's agricultural strengths. This transition marked a pivotal shift from the North's socialist policies to a state capitalist system within the Southern PRF, laying the groundwork for a new socio-economic hierarchy centered around the Farmer's Guild.   Rulership Under the leadership of prominent farm owners, the Farmer's Guild assumed governance of the Southern PRF. This body operates not only as a managerial and organizational entity but also as the political cornerstone of the state, establishing a class solidarity among farm owners. This solidarity enabled them to control the agricultural workforce significantly, effectively centralizing power within the guild and its members.   Operations Its agricultural focus heavily influences the Southern PRF's operations. The Farmer's Guild is critical in shaping policies and practices that impact the entire region. This includes managing the labor force, distributing resources, and ensuring productivity. The guild's influence extends to economic policies, labor laws, and social welfare programs, albeit primarily focusing on benefiting the guild members and sustaining their control over the workforce.   Welfare Welfare in the Southern PRF is a contentious issue. Initially, workers transitioned from employees to a state akin to servitude under the guise of employment by guild members. This shift led to widespread dissent among the populace, as the exploitation and marginalization of the labor force overshadowed the promised benefits of class solidarity and economic prosperity. The Farmer's Guild's policies, while aimed at economic growth, have thus contributed to social unrest and a growing demand for reform.   Negotiations Its agricultural prowess primarily drives the Southern PRF's external relations and negotiations. Trade agreements, particularly food exports, are vital to the economy. However, internal dissent and the ethical implications of its labor policies may pose challenges to maintaining favorable international relations. The leadership's negotiation strategies likely focus on maximizing economic gains while navigating the complexities of domestic and international perceptions of its governance model.
