The only way for the position of Sailor Ambrosia to pass onto a new bearer is for the current bearer to die.

History

A former Sailor Ambrosia fought and died in the Fall of Lethe.
The position was then taken up by Myla who was only active for a few months before she died.
The current Sailor Ambrosia, Dea, was present in the Burning of Asahla.
