Laharin

Laharin elves, sometimes called wood elves, believe that they were born from the union of the Elven goddess of Happiness and light, Laha-Milael. They are of similar build to Humans, though more lithe and more conventionally beautiful. The skin of a Laharin elf matches the brown hue of the bark found on the Evertrees of their ancestral home, The Great North Forest. Their hair varies from a blonde that's almost green to a brown similar to that of their skin. Eyes of green are most common amongst the Laharin elves, though some have the brown eyes of the Humans around them. These brown eyes are regarded as signs of interbreeding with Humans, not an overly undesirable trait to most Laharin elves with the exception of most elves living in The Grand Kingdom of Midrasus.

Major organizations

The only proper country of Laharin elves is The Grand Kingdom of Midrasus.  Midr and En-Iala are the only cities they have have ever built, one of which fell into ruin well over a thousand years ago.  Midr now stands as the capital of The Grand Kingdom of Midrasus and the only true city of elves that remains on the face of the earth.
