Crafted by the master smiths of the sea elves, this extraordinary +2 plate armor is imbued with the essence of the River Oceanus. Made with the highest quality adamantium, it's adorned with intricate engravings depicting various sea creatures. The armor has 4 charges and regains 1d4+1 expended charges daily at dawn.
While attuned to this armor, you have the following abilities:
Breathe Underwater: You can expend a charge to cast the Water Breathing spell without expending a spell slot.
Water Walk: You can expend a charge to cast the Water Walk spell without expending a spell slot.
Sea Elf's Rebuke: When a creature hits you with a melee attack, you can use your reaction and expend a charge to call upon the wrath of the sea. A surge of pressurized water bursts from your armor, the attacker must succeed on a Strength saving throw (DC 15) or be pushed back 15 feet. This movement does not provoke opportunity attacks.
Watery Grasp: As an action, you expend two charges to shape water into the form of a giant hand within 30ft of you. The hand lasts for 1 minute, has an AC of 20, 20 hit points and cannot move. It is a large elemental construct that can grapple one creature that is large or smaller within 5ft of it. The creature must succeed on a Strength saving throw or be grappled (DC15). As a bonus action on your turn, you can cause the hand to crush the grappled creature, which takes 2d6 bludgeoning damage.
