Unclaimed Farmland

This unclaimed farmland is a vast expanse of fertile fields and rolling hills, dotted with old ruins and a few isolated homesteads. It's a place of great natural beauty and potential, but it remains unclaimed by the various Realms that surround it. There are a few reasons for this.

Firstly, this area is located in a remote and somewhat inaccessible region, far from the centers of power and trade. This makes it less attractive to the ruling elite, who are more interested in securing land that can immediately provide them with wealth and influence.

It is also said that some native communities that do not engage with the outside world live here. Scouting parties have largely been unsuccessful in making progress with these natives, as they are quite uninterested in whatever it is that the Realms could possibly offer.
