Stornoway

A large city, with very different architecture to the rest of Skeliige. 
The buildings are tall, tallest being 7 storeys White stone, high tech level but not utilised in that way, not in a perfect state.  It was built by The Draken emprie as they started to expand into the Skellige Isles , but after the Daoine took over the Draken never returned.  It is stark contrast to Jorrvaskr. 
Stornoway does have a large dock, and also buildings that are rarely used now . Museum, Library, Observatory, airship dock
