Seklaz

Baroness Seklaz was the leader of the sahuagin that conquered the Javan River Spire and drove the Sunny Shore Tribe from their home to the Dunwater Den. Though married to Baron Kepmak, Seklaz was the warband's primary leader.
From her new base at the River Spire, Seklaz intended to create a fortress from which her sahuagin could raid up and down the Sword Cost. However, unbeknowst to her followers, Seklaz was afflicted with a Banesmark and compelled by the aboleth S'gothgah to sow fear and chaos in order to empower the Feast of Corruption.
Baroness Seklaz was killed during the Autumn Equinox in 1496 during the Battle of the Spire, when the combined multiracial forces of the Dunwater Alliance successfully drove off the sahuagin threat.
