Shiny Scale V, is an eagerly loyal gold kobold and head of the kobold attendants that serve the Metallic Dragon Council.

History

Shiny Scale was born in 1470 into the band of kobolds that serve and maintain the Metallic Dragon Council for whenever the chambers would be needed. These kobolds were unique in serving metallic dragons, as the majority of their race venerated chromatic dragons and Tiamat, but Shiny Scale dutifully helped his clan clean and maintain the council chambers.
By 1491, Shiny Scale, though only 12 years old, had proven himself to be so loyal and efficient that he was promoted to be the head of all the attendants.
In 1492, Protanther was again called the Metallic Dragon Council to reconvene to discuss a course of action pertaining to the Cult of the Dragon's plot to summon Tiamat into the Prime Material Plane. During and between discussions, Shiny Scale and the other servants kept the chambers clean and served their dragon masters however they could.
In late 1492, the Breadwinners arrived at the Metallic Dragon Council to request that the dragons aid the Council of Waterdeep in their war effort. Shiny Scale personally ensured that the adventurers were comfortable and they quickly became enamored with the young kobold.
Following the securing the alliance, Shiny Scale accompanied Tazmikella to Waterdeep to act as her servant in the city.
During the Battle at the Well of Dragons, Shiny Scale joined the Breadwinners during their infiltration of the Well of Dragons to stop Don Rel's ritual to summon Tiamat. Though wounded in the battle, Shiny Scale survived. Afterwards, he returned back to the Metallic Dragon Council to maintain the halls until the next council was called.
