Cassandra Dastar
Cassandra moved to Chillmaw with her father when she was 11 years old. Her father quickly died to an unknown illness, but Cassandra was loved by the town and adotpted by the community.
During the events of The Frozen North Cassandra began to see into the future and went completely blind. She had infact realised her hidden Ascendant powers becoming the first Oracle known in existance.
Cassandra remained in Chillmaw. She would often be visited by people looking to find their future, and she was often consulted by the members of The Imperium Alliance. Over time other Oracles emerged with many moving to Chillmaw to follow in the footsteps of Cassandra.
Cassandra was also known for her healing magic.
