Medium height mountain ranges. Mostly rain forest and savanna. About 70% open waters, a lot of it fresh water lakes and rivers. 70% of the landmass is forest, 25% is grasslands and 5% is desert.

Weather:

Very humid. Regular monsoon periods.

Palir has a very rich flora and thus also a lot of insects species. There's not that many species of bigger mammals.
