The City of the Ordained (also known as "The Ordained City" or just "The City") is the most populous settlement in all of Ralthis. It is located under The Sundisk and is the one of the highest Islands in the region at roughly 25,000 feet. Other than its vast population, the city is known for having some of the most advanced technology and scientific research in all of Ralthis and is only rivaled by (farsal empire capital name).

Demographics
Approximately 100 million people live on the island it inhabits with over 80% being within the City walls. There are a variety of races living in The Ordained City, the demographics are as follows:- Caevir: 100,000 (~0.1%)
- Human: 30,000,000 (~40%)
- Dwarf: 25,000,000 (~30%)
- Lizardfolk: 15,000,000 (~20%)
- Others: 10,000,000 (~8%)
Districts
The centre of the city is split into 6 districts: Scientific, Manufacturing, Theocratic, Bureaucratic, Arcane and Trade. The rest of the metropolis contains neighbourhoods, along with commercial areas and other services, similar to any other city. These 'neighbourhoods' vary in size, some are slums, whereas others are the large spaced out properties of the elite. However, both of these are in small number compared to the 'standard neighbourhood' of high rise buildings and terraced homes.Architecture and Appearance
The city is made of a mix of limestone, brass and other metals. The architecture is modern, sharp and makes heavy use of glass, the presence of steam power throughout the city has caused there to be a large presence of electic lighting and moving structures/transport. The city is structured in such a systematic fashion that it seems like the city did not grow organically at all creating the common belief that it was created by the Caesulan Gods as a place to commune with mortalkind. The Church of the Ordained also preach this, however there is no written records of the The Council of the Ordained or the Caesulun Gods confirming this. The city has often been described as 'The most alluring city in Tersulum' and 'otherworldly' by those who have visited, but it has also recieved much more negative reception due to its extraordinary beauty making it seem soulless or inhuman.Basic History
The City of the Ordained was founded almost immediately after The Caesulan's Mercy and Tersulum's creation. The settlement formed at the size of the inner districts sometime between 0 and 5 P.M. Since then The City has grown an extortionate amount, but it was neither gradual nor steady due to a variety of wars, revolutions, invasions and other conflicts. The Council of the Ordained was formed 100 years after the cities founding to decide the first Mortal Messenger in response to the looming Second Invasion, the Church was founded at a similar time.
