Genetic Council
The Genetic Council was the body responsible for regulating and controlling access to Terrigen on Attilan.
As the body in charge of Terrigenesis, they were also responsible for detirmining whether an Inhuman was sufficiently powerful to become a full adult member of Attilanian society, or if they were to become a Ward of the State
The Council was not reconvened following the fall of Attilan, and New Attilan has no equivilent body.
