Greyburn College
Greyburn College is a private research university located in New York City.
It was founded by Charles Greyburn to provide affordable medical and scientific training to the populations of Harlem, Morningside Heights and Sugar Hill. Although not counted as one of the historically black colleges, it's location has lead to it historically having served primarily black and ethnic minority student. Today African American students make up 63% of the student body.
The college's biomedical research building was badly damaged in 2010 by Abomination and Harpy, both of whom became Gamma Mutates as a result of experiments by Greyburn College researcher Samuel Sterns, who had been studying Bruce Banner 's blood.
