Samuel Sterns's Lab
The laboratory at Greyburn College used by Samuel Sterns while he was the professor of cellular biology at the college.
In 2010, Sterns attempted to use the laboratory's facilities to cure Betty Ross of her radiation sickness, ultimately resulting her becoming Harpy. It was also the site of Emil Blonsky's transformation into Abomination.
The lab was damaged by Harpy, the Hulkbusters, and Abomination, resulting in Sterns being exposed to Bruce Banner's radioactive blood, which eventually lead him to becoming the Gamma Mutant known as the Leader.
