The ruler of the Weaver Witches of the Winding Way, and one of the Lords of the Splinter Realms.

The Seamstress-Queen is a seer, and oversees the weaving of the Tapestries of Fate and Time.

After the shattering of Subwhere in the Archipelago of Anguish and Redemption, Agamotto gave the Wings of Needless Sorrow to Viliven to guard, and this has become one of the most important responsibilities of the Seamstress-Queen.
