Shocker Gauntlet
The Shocker grauntlet is a handheld weapon created by the Tinkerer, and used by first Jackson Brice, and later Herman Schultz.
It is a modified version of a weapon used by Brock Rumlow during his battle with Sam Wilson aboard the Lemurian Starr.
The gauntlet generates a powerful electric shock, similar to that of a taser, which is released on contact. It also enhances the wearer's strength by using hydraulics to increase the force with which the wearer can grip or crush things.
The electric shocks are generated using kinetic energy. Tinkerer installed dampeners which reduce the vibrations, protecting the wearer from serious damage to their hand and arm, although this also reduces the effectiveness of the electric attack. He proposed using Vibranium to full stabalise it, but was unable to get access to any.
