Waziria is one of the Congresspeople representing Svartalfheim. She is also the Clan-Chief of the Dove Gut Tribe and a member of the Council of the Unhallowed.
She lost an arm during the Second Dark Elf War and used her command of magic to replace it with an enchanted wooden prosthesis.
