Asgardia
Asgardia is the capital city and only space-port in Asgard, located on the northern-most tip of the Asgardian continent.
The city stands on the site of the first Asgardian settlement, and the foundations of the city were built by Bor. It is located on the banks of the Gopul River, whose waters flow off the edge of the main Asgardian landmass at the Gopul falls, and are said to land in Niffleheim. By tradition, the Asgardian dead are burned on the waters of the Gopul, so that the river can carry the souls of the unworthy dead straight to the underworld.
The city contains the Imperial Palace of Valaskjalf and is connected via the rainbow bridge to the Himinbjörg and Bifrost. Other notable landmarks include the Congress Building, the memorial to the fallen Valkyie, and the Breidablik, the hall of Baldr, which was opened by the Vanir Royal Family as a house of healing for the Aesir.
